Golf Course Review: Aberdeen Golf Club
This course charges a premium price to play for an slightly above average course.
The greens were marked up to the extent that the ball was bouncing all over the place. The fairways were thin to bare in spots. Some of the tees were devoid of grass. Yardage markers were not always visible. Compounding everything Aberdeen charged the same amount that Annbriar charges and this course pales in comparison to Annbriar. Spoke to the folks in the clubhouse and was told they only have three people working on the grounds crew. For every 100 acres on a course you need at least 12 folks working on the grounds. If Aberdeen is 200 acres..and they have three...do the math, the want premium greens fees with less than premium course.
